The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Operational management of a branch location, ensuring adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
Investigating and resolving transaction or cash discrepancies.
Recruiting, supervising, and evaluating service line associates.
Accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
Enhancing customer awareness and understanding of bank services, including digital banking options.
Connecting customers with other branch team members or bank partners who can assist with their financial needs.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch management, OR a High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Experience: Management or supervisory roles within banking.
Skills Required: Financial literacy, familiarity with retail banking products and services, and operations management expertise.
The compensation for this position typically ranges from $24.21 to $36.00 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by skills, experience, location, and other lawful factors.
For certain roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the employment offer.
