St. Luke's Health System is in search of a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) to enhance our nursing team in Boise, Idaho.
Role Summary:
This position is pivotal in fostering a culture of learning and development within our nursing staff. The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs that focus on competency management for clinical personnel throughout the health system.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage educational curricula tailored to the needs of clinical staff.
2. Oversee competency assessments and ensure that all clinical employees meet the established standards.
3. Collaborate with management to support system-wide educational initiatives.
4. Engage in project management activities to enhance educational outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree in nursing or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in nursing and education, with at least 2 years in project management preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Must possess a current RN License in the state of practice and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization.
