Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work with our skilled nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, treating wounds, and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record vital signs and health information from residents
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Good standing with State Registry
