Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work in our skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will have a valid NY State LPN license and be able to work as a team member. The position offers a competitive rate of $32.67 per hour, plus a.25 shift differential, and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:- Collect and record health information from new residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Monitor food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Ability to work as a team member.
