Compensation and Benefits:

  • Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 5 PM to 1 AM
  • Overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Ensure restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies on a daily basis
  • Wash windows, clean windowsills, doors, and elevators, and spot clean walls as required
  • Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as workstations, keyboards, monitors, and doorknobs
  • Conduct periodic deep cleaning of all designated areas
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash and preparing it for collection
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and paper supplies as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a cleaning role is preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
