We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Campus Admissions Representative to join our team at Universal Technical Institute. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and Advise: Interface with students nationally to determine their goals and motivations, using a consultative sales approach to ensure student success.
- Deliver Educational Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the benefits of our technical training programs to prospective students, highlighting the value of our education and career services.
- Establish Relationships: Proactively build relationships with other departments at multiple campus locations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Accountability: Maintain CRM database to company standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory bodies.
- Education: High School degree or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with academic admissions or telesales experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen and empathize, goal-oriented, adaptable, and technical skills in Microsoft Office programs and CRM systems.
