Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assistant to join our team at IES - Residential. As an Electrical Assistant, you will assist our electricians with various tasks, including rough-in work, installation of outlets, lights, fixtures, and switches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist electricians with rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and bending wire using hand tools.
  • Help with the installation of outlets, lights, fixtures, and switches.
  • Carry and hold materials required to complete the project.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and take direction from management.
  • Promptly report any unsafe conditions to the responsible person.
Requirements
  • No minimum education required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt to our methods.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license.
