Position Details

We are seeking a seasoned attorney to become a part of our Labor & Employment practice group.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in advising clients on compliance with employment and labor laws, policy formulation, best practices, contract negotiations, administrative advocacy, and litigation.

• Strong academic background and credentials.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Extensive litigation experience, including cases involving civil rights commissions and labor departments.

• Proven experience in representing employers in the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants.

• Comprehensive understanding of labor and employment issues, including discrimination laws, family leave regulations, affirmative action, workplace safety, contract breaches, traditional labor matters, whistleblower protections, wage and hour regulations, insurance claims, and termination counseling.

• Experience in drafting separation agreements, employment contracts, and workplace policies.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.

• Proactive in anticipating client needs with a forward-thinking approach.

• Strong legal research capabilities.

• Commitment to representing the firm with integrity and professionalism.
