As a

IT Support Technician


you will collaborate with our IT systems and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to inquiries, offer hardware support, set up new devices, and contribute to organization-wide IT projects.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic learners, willing to share insights, self-motivated, and adept at executing our incident management protocols to ensure our IT services function seamlessly for our users.

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in our rapidly evolving SaaS environment.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of IT Support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own ticket queue in accordance with service level agreements and established procedures.
Serve as a technical escalation point for the End User Support team.

Handle tasks related to the daily operations of several large-scale enterprise business systems, including operation, training, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting these systems (Google Workspace, Windows, Mac OS, Slack, etc.).

Support office events by providing and managing audiovisual technical solutions.

Actively share knowledge throughout the organization, engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives to develop best practices, conduct in-depth technology/application sessions, and mentor junior staff and new hires.

Continuously seek to enhance our service offerings for end users, assisting with improvements and education in a specialized focus area that evolves quarterly.


Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support role within a corporate setting.
Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.

Hands-on experience with IT systems such as Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and related technologies, along with a solid understanding of computer networks (LAN/WAN/wireless/VPN).

Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist others.

The ability to collaborate across departments to identify trends and areas for potential enhancement in IT services provided to the organization.

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and read a 24" monitor at a resolution of 1920x1080.

Additional Information
Base Pay Range: $30 - $41. Eligible for Equity Compensation.

Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
