Project Administrative Assistant: Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Coordinators with project documentation and financials.
  • Assist with creating RFP/RFIs and maintain document control.
  • Provide contract support and organize records, files, and deliveries.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and provide general information.
  • Create schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor the budget and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • Write reports and prepare financial data.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, record minutes, and organize venues.
Qualifications
  • Project Administration/Coordination experience.
  • 2+ year Administrative Support experience.
  • Associate's or Higher Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, or a related field.
