Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of our formwork solutions on construction sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the erection of forming equipment on job sites, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve potential problems, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Complete field service scheduling requirements, reviewing blueprints and pre-plans to optimize equipment usage and minimize errors.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering staff to determine customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Deliver safety toolbox meetings on customer job sites, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with concrete forms and a strong understanding of construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for construction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, with frequent climbing and maneuvering around objects.
  • Extensive travel, including 2-4 nights per week, with occasional overnight stays.
