Truck Wash Operations Supervisor

As a Truck Wash Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our business by delivering outstanding customer service while assisting the Truck Care General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Truck Wash facility.

Your Role in Our Success

  • Ensure a safe and tidy facility, prioritizing safety practices to maintain an accident-free environment.
  • Welcome customers warmly, communicate courteously, and assist them as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all team members uphold the same standard.
  • Support the Truck Care General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring staff.
  • Assist in effectively managing employee turnover and retention strategies.
  • Conduct exterior washes for commercial vehicles and RVs.
  • Perform wash-related tasks such as changing trailer washouts, applying cleaning agents, and other wash services.
  • Handle accurate invoicing and payment processing for services rendered using billing software.
  • Carry out basic maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment.
  • Always prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Typical Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to communicate effectively.
  • Involves standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this position, employees may be exposed to outdoor elements throughout all seasons. Occasionally, exposure to fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations may occur. The noise level in the work environment can be high at times.
