Job Summary

PTSolutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide detailed product information and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, providing solutions and alternatives within established time limits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other internal teams to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, staying informed about their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build demand over the phone.
  • Industrial supply distribution experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
