Regional Service Technician I

**Job Summary**

Airvac, the global leader in the Vacuum Technology System industry, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing vacuum system installation, operation, and maintenance services for assigned vacuum sewer systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with and provide field service during vacuum system installations.
  • Rebuild, repair, and perform maintenance on vacuum collection system components.
  • Accurately test and inspect components to ensure proper operation of units.
  • Communicate and interact with department staff, municipal personnel, homeowners, contractors, customers, engineers, and others.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and conduct repairs on systems.
  • Assist with system evaluations/efficiency testing.
  • Document detail-specific service in CRM software.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
  • 1+ years' experience in field service, underground construction, or related field. Electrical experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment as well as individually.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, assembly orders, and mechanical drawings.
  • Software proficiency to include Windows and Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience preferred.
