  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline system administration tasks

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in enterprise systems and cloud computing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise systems engineering, with a focus on cloud and on-premises infrastructure
  • Strong hands-on experience with MS-Windows and Linux application servers, including App/Web and Database servers
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell
  • Knowledge of APIs, Web services (REST), and RPC protocol
  • Experience with application architecture, including cloud applications and integrations
  • Experience with performance monitoring, database optimization, and index utilization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work productively with a wide range of people
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with enterprise systems like Elite-3E
  • Knowledge of DBMSs, including Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, SnowFlake, and CosmoDB
  • Experience with integration platforms, including Boomi, Integration Builder, and BizTalk
  • Knowledge of enterprise scheduler, including ActiveBatch
  • Experience with API tools, including Python, Postman, and R
  • Knowledge of monitoring and auditing tools, including Solar Winds, SQL Sentry, Splunk, and CyberArk
