We're seeking a skilled Handyman Foreman to join our team at Surv - Nashville. As a key member of our community building initiative, you'll play a vital role in empowering young individuals and providing essential homeowner services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage various household tasks, fostering strong relationships with local homeowners.
- Teach and train new recruits, ensuring they're equipped to handle complex jobs.
- Collaborate with the manager to tackle challenging tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
- General construction, painting, and moving knowledge.
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods and maintain a growth mindset.
- $20 starting hourly wage, with opportunities to grow up to $35 per hour.
- Paid travel time and mileage reimbursements.
- Opportunities for growth into higher paid roles and professional development.
