About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Handyman Foreman to join our team at Surv - Nashville. As a key member of our community building initiative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional home services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of handymen and handwomen in providing top-notch home maintenance services
  • Assist with various household tasks, including construction, painting, and moving
  • Teach and train new recruits to ensure a smooth transition into the role
  • Collaborate with the manager to tackle complex jobs and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation
  • General construction, painting, and moving knowledge
  • Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
  • HS Diploma or GED
What We Offer
  • $20 starting hourly wage, with opportunities for growth to $35/hour
  • Paid travel time and mileage reimbursements
  • Opportunities for growth into higher paid roles

This is a full-time/part-time position, with flexible hours from Monday to Saturday. We require a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week. A background check will be conducted upon hire.
