Handyman Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman Foreman to join our team at Surv - Nashville. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for leading our team of handymen and women, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of handymen and women to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Monitor and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all aspects of the job

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
