We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mover and Driver Lead to join our team at Clutter. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our drivers and movers to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of drivers and movers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Scan and categorize customer items using our self-built mobile iPhone app
  • Maintain a high level of safety, quality of work, and excellent customer experience on each job
  • Weekend availability required
  • Be on your feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day)
  • Track and manage data using smartphone software
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Experience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $50 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus tips. Our team members enjoy a flexible schedule, with opportunities to work full-time or part-time. We also offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
  • Must be flexible to start between 6am - 8am
  • Lead Drivers/Movers start and end their shift at the Clutter depot at 77 Constitution Blvd, Franklin, MA
