Central Maine Healthcare is in search of a skilled and board-certified Surgical Oncology Physician Assistant to enhance our dedicated team.
Become a vital part of our collaborative group of healthcare professionals, including Physicians and Advanced Practice Staff, as we strive for program expansion and ongoing service to our community.
Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Maine or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program; certification from NCCPA is mandatory
- Completion of 100 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) biennially and passing the recertification examination every six years
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers is essential
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association is preferred
- Active DEA registration without any restrictions
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly in EMR/EHR systems
