Job Title: Sales Territory Expansion Specialist

Surestaff is seeking a skilled Sales Territory Expansion Specialist to lead our sales efforts in the South Suburban market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as expanding existing client relationships.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $65,000 + Highly Competitive Uncapped Commission Structure

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a proven ability to generate new business leads. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to expand our presence in the market, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our presence in the market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Expand existing client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Utilize client needs, market trends, and management's direction to determine best long-term and short-term strategies
  • Maintain required metrics to sustain desired rate of expansion

**Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of outside sales experience
  • Proven ability to generate new business leads
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach
  • CRM exposure preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred
