Job Description

Job Summary:

Peregrine Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Maintain RFIs and Submittal Tracking Logs: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely and effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Manage Construction Project Management Information System (PMIS): Maintain and update the PMIS database, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of project information.
  • Coordinate Submittals and Correspondence: Receive and process submittals, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence from contractors, and submit them for review and approval to the project owner and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Submissions: Review and analyze submissions for completeness and timeliness, and notify stakeholders of any errors or issues requiring resolution.
  • Prepare Correspondence and Transmittals: Develop and distribute routine correspondence and transmittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project procedures and regulations.
  • Schedule Meetings and Prepare Reports: Schedule meetings with contractors and project stakeholders to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with Project Close-Out: Ensure all necessary documents are submitted by the construction contractor at the conclusion of each project.
  • Process Security Badge Requests: Manage security badge requests for consultants and contractors associated with the project, and maintain accurate tracking logs.
