  • Oversee and uphold quality assurance protocols and practices to align with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Design and implement sampling methodologies and guidelines for documenting and analyzing quality metrics.
  • Launch inquiries into supplier quality concerns and assess supplier 8D reports.
  • Examine customer grievances and issues of non-compliance.
  • Formulate, propose, and track corrective and preventive measures.
  • Generate reports to convey the results of quality initiatives.
  • Facilitate and assist with on-site evaluations conducted by clients and third-party auditors.
  • Assess and authorize PPAP submissions from suppliers and to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the Automotive Electronics sector.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), ideally in an automotive context.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel, including potential international trips, for several days each month.
  • Ability to think both operationally and strategically, assess problems, exercise sound judgment, and innovate beyond conventional approaches.
