Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities to develop and maintain skills, live more independently, and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily living and social skills
- Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and community participation
- Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others
- Valid Driver's License and existing insurance
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Flexibility to accommodate individual assignments
