About the Role

As a Hospice Care Specialist, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in facilities, engaging them in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering vital signs and providing personal care services such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and other tasks outlined in the client's plan of care
  • Partnering with facility staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A current State of Maine CNA certification
  • A compassionate and caring demeanor, with a strong interest in helping others
