  • Certifications: Notary public and escrow officer licenses.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and technical knowledge of the closing process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Escrow Closing Experience: 1 year of experience in escrow closing.
  • Existing Client Base: An existing network of clients and agents who can follow you to our company.
