This is a short-term position for a specific event and time period, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Job Description

As an Fright Fest Escort, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the theme and storyline of our haunted locale. Your duties will include escorting Scare Actors through the park, keeping track of assigned performers, handling any issues that may arise, and providing excellent customer service. You must also maintain order in your assigned area, answer questions regarding general park information and Fright Fest, and monitor Scare Actor interactions to ensure procedures are met.

Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must adhere to park standards and rules and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • You must be extremely observant, detail-oriented, and able to focus on the task at hand.
  • You must be a 'people person' with a caring and helpful attitude.
  • You must be professional, self-motivated, and participate as a member of the team.
Working Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced environment with specific timeframes and deadlines. You must be in good physical condition: able to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, kneel, speak clearly, listen closely, and more for extended periods of time. You must also be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in and outdoors in potentially extreme heat, sun, cold, rain, humidity, and temperature changes.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
