Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT professional with a proven track record to join our team as a Senior Lead Engineer, Enterprise Services. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for Enterprise Applications and solutions with a focus on the Service Now Platform (ITSM and ITOM) and related technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and vision for the implementation and management of PaaS and SaaS solutions to support various departments and functions across the organization.
  • Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business, and security architectures.
  • Maintain the Enterprise Services strategic roadmap based on business needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deploy Enterprise applications and enhancements.
  • Perform continuous mentorship and development of junior staff members.
  • Create and implement technical support processes, metrics, SLAs, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Technical Vendors, 3rd Party Business Partners and Service Providers.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate Governance, Security-Risk and audit policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years providing enterprise technical and application support for the Service Now Platform.
  • 4 year degree preferred.
  • 2+ Years Agile project management experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project leadership.
  • Strong experience in managing relationships with vendors/consultants, IT teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and associated processes.
  • Successful project execution and team building through transformative periods.
  • Extensive experience with SaaS and PaaS-based solutions and cloud architectures.
  • Strong track record of success in testing, QA, and project delivery.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, vendor management and enterprise application support.
