Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers and clinical personnel with administrative duties and selected patient care responsibilities.
  • Facilitate effective scheduling, oversee appointments, and follow up on patient-related inquiries.
  • Support patient care activities as required and maintain clinical areas and inventory.
  • Promote clinical safety by conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with the appropriate education or experience to fulfill job requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED, with prior experience in healthcare or patient support environments.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current BLS certification from accredited organizations.

Physical Requirements:
Primarily sedentary work with minimal lifting demands.
