Geosyntec Consultants is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer or Scientist to join our team in the Bedford, New Hampshire, Acton, Massachusetts, or Hamilton, Massachusetts office. The position will interact with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals throughout the U.S. and will provide leadership and client development specifically in water resources engineering, watershed planning, construction management, civil infrastructure design, and permitting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in environmental consulting, a proven track record in business development and project management, and experience managing the overall delivery of projects including project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management.

Responsibilities will include developing, winning, and managing project work from past and new clients in one of the following practice areas: stormwater management, watershed planning, or water resources. The candidate will also be responsible for effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business and developing business opportunities with new and existing clients and preparing associated proposals.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, civil engineering, or other applicable related degree, and will be a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). Experience with civil infrastructure design, including drainage, grading, green infrastructure, and low impact development, is also preferred.
