Description
Position Overview: Ressler Motors seeks an experienced Automotive Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure our customers' vehicles are safe and running efficiently.
Job Summary:
The Automotive Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. This role will also involve inspecting vehicles for possible repairs and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine vehicle inspections, including 21-point vehicle maintenance inspections, to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
* Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to ensure vehicles are properly maintained.
* Inspect vehicles for signs of wear and tear, and recommend repairs as needed.
* Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as outlined on repair orders, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting customer expectations and dealership standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Two years of express maintenance experience required.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Salary and Benefits:
* $18-20+/hr, DOE
