**Job Description:**
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Development Officer, Philanthropy to join our team. As a key member of our philanthropic entity, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of front-line fundraisers and securing traditional philanthropic revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a major gift and corporate development strategy in collaboration with the Chief Marketing/Development Officer.
- Grow the organization's pipeline by identifying and cultivating relationships with new donors.
- Manage the moves management process of organizational funding pipelines and oversee a team of front-line fundraisers.
- Drive strategy for top prospects and assume ownership over a portfolio of major donors.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in frontline major gifts fundraising, with 5+ years' experience managing a development team.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including strong familiarity in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce.com or analogous CRM platform.
**Salary Estimate:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
