Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Information Assurance Program Manager to lead our program supporting the Department of State's Foreign Service Institute (FSI). The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy, implementation, and delegation, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Manage the quality and efficiency of the contract, ensuring technical issues and business processes are addressed promptly.
  • Infrastructure Security: Conduct vulnerability assessments of FSI infrastructure, provide mitigation recommendations, and perform risk assessments and security architecture reviews.
  • Change Management: Research, develop, test, implement, and document approved changes in accordance with task manager priorities.
  • Logging and Forensics: Evaluate centralized logging network capabilities, forensic procedures, and certification and accreditation procedures.
  • Technology Analysis: Research and analyze technology problems, issues, and program requirements according to Department of State Diplomatic Security Configuration Standards.
  • System Monitoring: Scan and monitor assigned systems daily using Tripwire, tenable, and web inspect.
  • Reporting: Develop reports using raw data collected and present findings at the weekly Information Assurance Meeting.
  • Security Violations: Report security violations to the FSI ISSO or FSI AISSO, adhering to FSI internal processes.
  • Documentation: Produce program-specific documentation and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a program management role, 5+ years as an Information Assurance Specialist.
  • Certifications: PMP, CompTIA Sec+, CISSP or Information Assurance certifications preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
