Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a Registered Nurse on our 16-bed specialty medicine unit, you will have the opportunity to provide rapid treatment for patients with diverse medical needs.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
- Employ evidence-based practices to promote health and a safe environment.
- Coordinate care delivery and transitions in care to ensure seamless patient experiences.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a current BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Have current BCLS certification or obtain it within one month of hire.
- Be licensed and currently registered as a nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Have experience in providing high-quality patient care, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
$90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience.
