Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients with acute medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advances in patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
