Position Title: Billing Support Staff


Reports to: Billing Manager


Compensation: Our compensation range is determined based on various factors including market salary surveys, internal comparisons, and budget considerations. The anticipated pay range is $16-$19 per hour.

Role Summary: In this role, you will be tasked with the meticulous review of all billing statements before they are dispatched to patients. You will also assess self-pay accounts for potential insurance information, manage eligibility denials for clients, and ensure accurate documentation of no-fault and workers' compensation carrier details.

  • Reviewing client databases for insurance eligibility and updates.
  • Verifying patient insurance information through carrier websites.
