Design and execute sophisticated data solutions to navigate clinical data complexities, ensuring exceptional quality and accessibility for medical breakthroughs.

Your contributions will directly influence our mission to advance medical science and enhance patient outcomes.

Technical Leadership:
Architect and sustain comprehensive data pipelines and structures essential for drug discovery and precision medicine. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, GXP, and FDA regulations through robust data governance practices.
Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with IT teams to integrate legacy systems with contemporary data platforms, creating a unified data environment across the organization.

Advanced Data Analytics:

Employ machine learning techniques to identify critical patterns within extensive datasets, significantly propelling drug development and patient care outcomes.

Utilize advanced analytics to refine supply chain operations, enhancing the efficiency of healthcare delivery.

Cloud Architecture Guidance:
Provide expert insights on public cloud architecture and engineering, specifically focusing on AWS and GCP. Challenge existing cloud infrastructure programs and offer guidance on design, standards, and best practices. Spearhead the development and implementation of automation, containerization, serverless, and polycloud solutions.

Engagement with Stakeholders:
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including regulatory and compliance experts, healthcare professionals, and business leaders, to ensure data privacy and ethical management of patient information.

Mentorship and Leadership:

Guide emerging talent within the data engineering domain, fostering expertise and establishing best practices for a robust data engineering framework.

Direct and manage the strategic direction and operational aspects of data initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in data analytics and AI.


Industry Advocacy:

Minimum Qualifications:


Leadership Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation within enterprise environments, demonstrating a proven track record of driving data-centric innovations.

Technical Proficiency:

Proven expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics, with experience in applying these technologies to achieve business objectives.

Proficient in AWS services (Redshift, Kinesis, EMR, Lambda), SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques.

Cloud Knowledge:
Extensive experience in public cloud architecture and engineering, particularly with AWS and GCP. Strong grasp of advanced practices surrounding automation, containerization, serverless, and polycloud implementations.

Leadership Skills:
Experience managing diverse teams and complex cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Comprehensive Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of data management technologies, platforms, and practices, with experience in cloud-based data ecosystems and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the capability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
