Job Title: Vice President

Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)

Job Overview: Stratacuity is seeking a highly experienced Vice President to drive multiple cancer programs from development candidate through clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory agencies and submissions, as well as experience interacting with key opinion leaders (KOLs). This is a fantastic opportunity to combine strategy and operations in a visible cross-functional role across the organization.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of molecules from preclinical to clinical stages in collaboration with R&D leaders.
  • Develop translational strategies for patient selection and early clinical assessment.
  • Direct a multidisciplinary team to align project goals across multiple departments.
  • Coordinate with regulatory consultants for successful agency submissions and approvals.
  • Engage with clinical KOLs to enhance understanding and support patient recruitment.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • PhD, MD, or PharmD with specialization in immuno-oncology and expertise in protein therapeutics.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience in biotech or pharma, with active involvement in both preclinical and clinical development phases.
  • Experienced in regulatory submissions and interactions, specifically with INDs/CTAs.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, adept at managing complex projects under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
