As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through membership sales and retail promotions. Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our facility.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage appointments for clients, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Learn about infrared sauna therapy, explaining the health benefits to clients and conducting tours of the facility to present services and target individual goals and needs.
  • Guide new clients through the experience, explaining procedures and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Sell retail products, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our business.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to daily cleaning and task checklists.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use MindBody software system.
  • Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay focused during busy and peak hours.
Availability

Mon-Fri: 2pm-8pm

Fri-Sun: 9am-5pm (must have ability to work some rotating weekends)
