Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and driving business growth? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a highly motivated Client Service Consultant to join our Employee Benefits team in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate complex Request for Proposals (RFPs) with insurance carriers, ensuring timely responses and optimal results.
  • Develop and deliver client presentations and communications tailored to each employee population's unique needs.
  • Monitor financials and budgeting status, providing regular reporting and analysis to clients.
  • Coordinate health and welfare plan renewals, implementing new plans and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to round accounts, presenting information to clients with or without Senior Consultant assistance.
  • Visit client sites for face-to-face meetings, fostering strong relationships and driving business success.
  • Assist clients in meeting HIPAA, ERISA, PPACA, and other employee benefit-related compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in life/health, employee benefits, or provider organization.
  • A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred. Professional designations like CEBS or CLU are helpful, as are Human Resource certifications like PHR or SPHR.
  • Active state Life & Health insurance license or ability to obtain within three months of hire.

The salary range for Colorado residents is $57,200 - $98,300, based on factors like education, work experience, and industry certifications. In addition to your salary, Holmes Murphy offers a comprehensive total rewards program, including annual bonuses, total wellbeing benefits, and support for professional development.
