We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Sales Associate to join our team at the UPMC Events Center. As a Ticket Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting guests in purchasing and redeeming tickets to events at the UPMC Events Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process ticket orders from guests via various channels, including the ticketing system, phone, and mail.
  • Follow established procedures for money and ticket reconciliations after each work shift.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding facility events and operations.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to patrons, ensuring a positive experience at the UPMC Events Center.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the public.
  • Prior sales and customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in ticketing systems.
