As a key member of our medical department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services and delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will encompass both administrative and clinical tasks, contributing to a positive and supportive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and hygienic environment for our clients, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Submit daily shift reports and effectively communicate any changes or updates to the team.
  • Provide administrative support by managing medical-related calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Perform clinical duties such as taking vital signs, monitoring glucose levels, and assisting healthcare providers during patient visits.
  • Conduct basic laboratory tests, including Quest urine tests and blood draws.
Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and first aid training.
  • Proficiency in accurately measuring and recording vital signs.
  • One year of experience in phlebotomy is preferred.
  • Commitment to maintaining required certifications and completing necessary continuing education.
  • Experience with medication observation protocols.
  • Familiarity with Substance Use Disorder treatment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-oriented setting.
  • Excellent punctuality and dependability are essential.
