Job Description

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the management of our organization and program. This position involves completing essential administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and supply management
  2. Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with families and staff members
  3. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track attendance, enrollment, and other program metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in office administration or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in additional voluntary benefits, including disability and 403B retirement plans.
