Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare all food items in a timely manner, adhering to company and food safety guidelines.
  • Station Setup: Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, adhering to company specifications.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, accommodating guest requests with a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working all stations.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures for ingredients and food preparation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow direct orders and recipes.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and handle extreme heat for extended periods of time.
  • Lifting: Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Certification: Food Handler Certification.
