About Us:

Blanco is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, a dynamic and expanding collection of innovative dining experiences established in 1998. Your Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced setting
  • Preparation and cooking of various meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using kitchen equipment
  • Portioning products and adhering to recipes
  • Compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Willingness to assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen
