About the Role

We are seeking experienced nurses to join our team at Hines & Associates Inc. as Oncology Case Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for nurses to transition from hands-on patient care to a career in case management, where they can utilize their clinical expertise to develop and implement patient care plans.

This full-time position offers a regular schedule, Monday to Friday, with no weekends, nights, or holidays. After an initial orientation period, you will have the option to work from home two days a week and in the office three days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in case management and oncology nursing
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
  • Successful completion of a case management orientation program
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute oncology nursing, preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and typing ability with a minimum speed of 35WPM
