THAAD Missile Program Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Shift Operator to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As a 2nd Shift Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile program.
Key Responsibilities- Work on the 2nd shift (4/10 schedule - 3pm-1am) at our facility
- Support fine/gross clean operations
- Collaborate with the manufacturing organization to ensure smooth operations
- Read and interpret work instructions
- Possess good manual dexterity and ability to work with large complex builds
- High School Diploma and 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions
- Currently possess a secret clearance
- Ability to work on the 2nd shift (4/10 schedule - 3pm-1am)
- Strong candidate will be able to comfortably use the computer
- Ability to read step-by-step work instructions from the computer
- Full-Time Salary Range: $87,340
