Job Summary:

BAE Systems USA is seeking an experienced Operational Analyst to join our team. As an Operational Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and assessing next-generation capabilities for advanced aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design teams to assess threats and develop operational level systems requirements.
  • Develop and quantify operational systems concepts, and assess mission effectiveness in simulated environments.
  • Perform operational analysis studies using a wide variety of DoD, existing, and self-developed modeling & simulation tools.
  • Engage in engagement simulation using standard tools such as ESAMS, MATLAB, Simulink, and others.
  • Develop and apply advanced software and systems methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation, analysis, and solution of complex and advanced technical problems.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing and using analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, VBA, C/C++, or similar tools.
  • Final Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance a plus.

BAE Systems USA offers a competitive salary range of $191,070, based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
