  • The Applications Specialist serves as a key support resource for technology solutions provided by the EMS group, encompassing Energy Management System (EMS) displays, Control Center Wallboards, end-user EMS workstations, and substations.
  • The individual comprehends user requirements alongside EMS business protocols and processes pertinent to the relevant department.
  • The role involves collaborating with users on display specifications, offering user assistance, coordinating and/or executing testing for system modifications, and engaging with end users on technological enhancements or improvements.
  • The individual works closely with end users to prepare, document, and create presentations that articulate business users' system requirements and may advocate for user needs in the formulation of functional specifications.
  • The Associate benefits from mentorship and guidance provided by the EMS team and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An associate degree is acceptable.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field; or four years of equivalent experience is required.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $45.00 per hour.

Factors influencing starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
