Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. This role will involve driving the vision and execution of our Marketing Experimentation and Optimization Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable Machine Learning data products for experimentation and optimization, including experiment design, statistical and ML models for measurement, optimization, and personalization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and execution of our Marketing Experimentation and Optimization Platform
- Build scalable Machine Learning data products for experimentation and optimization
- Design and engineer efficient and resilient ML platforms and software products that run at scale
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine the platform
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5-8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, machine learning, data science, or quantitative insights
- Strong programming skills in Python, Spark
- Proficiency in full-stack software development using React, custom visualization using D3
- Expertise in Machine Learning Algorithms and Techniques: Comprehensive understanding of diverse machine learning algorithms, spanning supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and ensemble techniques
